Civil engineering services include site planning, structural design, zoning calculations, sanitary system design, project management, retaining walls, town/county/village liaison and expediting, and DEC plans and permitting. Land surveying services include title surveys, subdivisions, topography, environmental/wetlands surveys, construction stakeouts, tree/utility location, and FEMA certifications.
Bladykas & Panetta is proud of their professional staff. Both our engineering and our surveying field staff are highly trained, have advanced degrees in engineering, geographic information systems, economics, and all participate in professional continuing education. Our staff expertise includes surveying and site engineering for residential and commercial projects, condominiums, restaurants, amusement parks, athletic fields, museums, wetlands, waterway soundings, roadways, and more.
