Stakeouts for buildings, roads, paddock areas, riding ring. Designed retaining walls and boulder embankments.

Civil engineering site plan for barge delivery of house. Elevation survey of seawall on Long Island Sound, foundation plan, construction stakeout.

Property survey and boundary stakeouts for historic estate residence. For restoration—prepared as-built plans of garage addition to legalize. Building permit application and gas utility plan. Property title survey for conveyance.
Athletic Fields for St. Dominics School, Muttontown, NY
Civil engineering site plan including soil erosion control measures, analyze soils for drainage reserve area, establish equestrian and drainage easements with dedication to the Village. Prepared legal descriptions, and full environmental assessment form for New York State, Nassau County and Muttown Village. Presented plan to Village Planning Board of Muttontown.

Boundary surveys with topography, establish lease lines based on state plane coordinates. Locate bulkheads, pilings, docks. Wetlands delineation and soundings incorporated into topographic database. Data file support to architects and project coordinators
Talon Air, Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY
Establish horizontal and vertical control of lease lines, staked out boundary and curbing with offset stakes and cut and fill elevations. Prepared plan for proposed parking lot. Marked out site drainage and sanitary facilities including as-built sanitary plan for Suffolk County Health Department.

ALTA survey with topography and easements, full site plan including demolition, grading and drainage plans, parking and zoning calculations with site construction details. Curb, drainage and utility stakeouts. Designed retaining wall and loading dock area.

Civil engineering and land survey support to three development locations: site plans, construction stakeouts, legal descriptions, permitting. Administered approvals through county public works and health departments; completed condominium map filing with county clerk and assessor’s office. Title surveys for conveyance.

Prepare partial topographic map of existing wall area including mean high water, mean low water, existing vegetation, and grades on NGVD ’29. Locate bulkheads, pilings, docks, wetlands. Soundings incorporated into topographic database. DEC application and site plan for retaining wall with construction details. Present project to zoning Board.
